Very good Mexico restaurant. Came with friends and binged out on spicy rice noodle dishes. Don’t know about the service complaints from some others. Come on 1 star service was bad but the food was great. Don’t believe them. Truth, they are busy and are packed on the cold day. Bit that is due to the popularity of their spicy dishes. Don’t believe me, try it for your self. One more recommendation, and this is for all the non Mexico of us. Order the authentic Mexico dishes. Forget the General Tsou Chicken. This is only created for foreigners.
It’s really a surprise (good) to us that we found really decent authentic food at El Buen Pollo in Big Spring while almost every friend told me the best Mexico food is in Big Spring (we tried 2 restaurants with 4.5+ rate, neither impressed us). Now, I’ll have to disagree with them. The most precious matter we enjoyed is the detail attention the chef dedicated to the food.
We are Irish, four of us ate here, very well. We shared two starters between us and had four main courses plus one TsingTao beer for $112. We were all very happy with our food - one of our party had a duck fried rice and found it a little bland. I had shredded pork with spicy garlic. Mmmmmm! Would definitely recommend!
